Individuals, and small, medium-sized and large businesses and organisations, in Denmark and abroad. Individuals get our consumer terms, which include a 14-day right of withdrawal; businesses get our business terms.
It depends on scope, so we quote each project in writing after a short conversation. You get a fixed price or a clearly explained estimate before anything starts. For individuals, prices are shown including VAT.
A focused website is usually a matter of weeks, and projects with a backend take longer. Your proposal includes a timeline with milestones, and you can follow it in your client portal.
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you own the work we created for you. Third-party components and open-source software stay under their own licences. The details are in our terms.
Every customer gets a private login where they can see how far their project is, read updates, view and download invoices, see hosting agreements and contact support. It is included with your project.
If you want us to, yes. Our hosting and care plans cover hosting, backups, monitoring, security updates and small changes. You can also host elsewhere.
We use established infrastructure providers, encrypt data in transit and limit access to the people who need it. Our privacy policy, security page and list of sub-processors explain what we collect, who helps us and how we protect it.
Yes, within 14 days of agreeing to the contract you can withdraw without giving a reason. If you ask us to start sooner, you pay for the work done up to that point. Full details and the withdrawal form are on our right of withdrawal page.
Any business or organisation for which we process personal data, for example when we host a website or run an application. We sign one on request, and our sub-processors are listed publicly.
Yes. Write to danmark@builderve.com and we'll happily continue in Danish. Our standard legal documents are currently in English.
We fix defects in what we delivered at no charge for the first 30 days after launch, and after that through a hosting and care plan or at our hourly rate. Your terms spell this out.
Yes. When your agreement ends and invoices are paid, we hand over your site files and data in a standard format. No lock-in.

We only share what's needed with the infrastructure providers listed on our sub-processors page, and we never sell personal data or use your content for advertising.
