Private customers can change their mind within 14 days. This page explains how.
Your right
If you are a private individual, you may withdraw from an agreement with us within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts the day the agreement is made. Read the details, including the exceptions for custom-made work and for services already performed, in our terms for individuals.
How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement that you withdraw, before the period ends. Email customer@builderve.com (or danmark@builderve.com if you are in Denmark), or write to us at the address on our company information page. We confirm receipt without delay. It is enough that you send the notice within the period.

What happens next
We refund every payment you made, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, using the same payment method. If you asked us in writing to start work during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportional amount for what we delivered until you told us you were withdrawing.
